You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to shape winning bids and present commercially viable proposals. You will coordinate bid strategy, content, and presentation quality to secure future workloads. Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of client aspirations to deliver professional tender returns
• Lead client-facing bids and manage presentations and interviews
• Ensure bids present competitive net tender costs with identified risks and opportunities
• Identify alternatives and competitive advantages in tenders
• Oversee all bids to ensure consistent content, message and presentation
• Ensure win strategy is communicated and reflected in submissions
• Manage bids from tender receipt to handover to production team
• Develop winning bid strategies covering quality, design, innovation, supply chain, financial and legal responses
• Hold launch and regular review meetings with the bid team
• Lead production of bid documents and coordinate graphic design and printing
• Manage final negotiations leading to contract signing

Key requirements

• Bid management and bid coordination experience on traditional contract forms at tender and construction stages
• Proven success in winning bids/tenders within the Construction sector
• Strong analytical, oral and presentation/communication skills
• High-quality presentation abilities to diverse audiences (clients, design team, supply chain, internal)
• Track record of managing multiple bids simultaneously
• Experience working in the Social Housing sector
