Conversion Officer

Birmingham Newman University is growing and we are seeking a Conversion Officer to support the achievement of our student recruitment ambitions.This exciting role sits within the Student Recruitment team and plays a key part in helping prospective students progress from enquiry and application through to enrolment.Working across the full student recruitment cycle, you will coordinate and deliver applicant conversion activities that increase application, offer acceptance and enrolment rates. You will engage prospective students through targeted communications, personalised outreach campaigns and applicant events, ensuring they receive timely information and support throughout their journey.
