Charity Retail Store Manager – Lead Team & Fundraising

Cancer Research UK in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Store Manager to lead a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers, recruit, retain and develop talent, and oversee the commercial running of the store including display, stock management and shop standards.

You will drive sales and profit through cost control, engage with the local community, organise fundraising events and ensure health and safety, safeguarding, security, admin and HR compliance.
