Senior International Programme Delivery Lead

Lumos is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to coordinate complex, multi-country programmes and ensure delivery on time and within donor requirements. The role reports to the Director of Programme Delivery and requires strong leadership across countries and disciplines.

You will manage budgets, apply governance, and collaborate with country teams, donors, and partners to deliver impact for children globally. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working from the UK.
