Forward-Deployed Data Engineer

As an FDDE at Amatra you will be embedded directly with our customers to tackle their most pressing challenges head-on. This means being on the ground with some of Europe’s elite sporting organisations, solving their most critical health and performance data problems.

Responsibilities

• — Work directly with technical, performance and executive stakeholders to solve their highest-leverage problems.
• — Own the full lifecycle of developing custom solutions tailored to client needs, from ideation to deployment.
• — Wrangling large-scale data and using AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations.
• — Operate with autonomy to shape client strategy in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.

Requirements

• — 1+ years of relevant data engineering experience including cloud infrastructure, APIs, and large-scale data warehousing.
• — Strong engineering background preferred (but not required), in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
• — Ability and interest to travel up to 25%, as needed to client sites, but flexible based on personal preferences.
