HARMAN seeks a Plant Finance Manager for its Worthing, UK site to partner with the Plant Manager and drive profitability and competitiveness. You will lead a small team and oversee spend analysis, budgeting, and cost control across manufacturing operations.
Focus areas include Actuals, Forecasts, CAPEX planning, inventory and working capital, with hands-on collaboration with procurement, engineering and plant leadership. BS in Accounting/Finance and 8+ years’ experience are required.
