Responsibilities

• Fly as Captain on the A320 family, delivering a safe and enjoyable flight experience
• Maintain and enforce high safety and operational standards on all flights
• Adhere to regulatory and company procedures, contributing to safe decision-making
• Engage in ongoing training and development as part of easyJet’s career progression
• Participate in the selection and onboarding process for new pilots
• Support the base operations at London Gatwick and align with the Orange Spirit culture

Key requirements

• Hold a valid A320 Type Rating at time of joining
• Minimum 4,000 total flying hours
• Minimum 500 hours on the A320 family
• Minimum 500 total PIC hours on jet aircraft over 30 tonnes MTOW
• Hold a UK CAA Licence with a valid A320 LPC at induction
• Hold a UK CAA Class 1 Medical
• Minimum ICAO Level 4 English
• Right to live and work in the UK with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA and easyJet network
