Early Years Practitioner (0-5) – Family Hubs Lead

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a committed practitioner to work with families of children aged 0-5, within one of the city’s family hubs. The role requires safeguarding knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to provide practical guidance to families in a diverse setting.

You will contribute to early intervention, inclusion, and development outcomes, working closely with partner services to strengthen access and participation for all children and caregivers.
