Cleaning Operations Supervisor

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager in Leicester to oversee cleaning across floors, washrooms and communal areas, coordinating a team of cleaning staff during early morning shifts.

You will manage rotas, recruit when needed, identify on-site training needs, handle investigations, monitor stock and stay within budget while delivering high service standards. The role is on-site with early mornings, Monday to Saturday.
