Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Sous Chef for its luxury care and nursing home in Hornchurch. As second in command to the Head Chef, you will manage and develop the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef, ensuring every meal is nutritious and restaurant quality.
You will bring 5 years of kitchen experience and an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food & Hygiene or Catering Services. The role offers progression and training within a caring, high-standard kitchen environment.
