Band 6 CMHN: Lead a New Community Care Team

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join a new North East Oxfordshire team serving Bicester, Kidlington, Islip, Woodstock and Yarnton. You will manage complex cases, conduct risk assessments, and deliver holistic, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary framework.

The role offers regular supervision, training opportunities, and a 37.5-hour week (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00) with travel to Trust sites and home visits as required.
