HR Business Partner, Mansfield Campus PXT

Overview

In this role you partner with site leaders to drive employee experience, engagement, and organizational health across Amazon facilities. You translate priorities into actionable plans, use data-driven insights to guide decisions, and support campus leaders to improve workforce experience. You maintain safety, inclusivity, and culture while working onsite and moving across locations. You connect people strategy with business goals to strengthen engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

• Employee Experience & Engagement: foster two-way communication, run engagement programs, manage recognition and inclusion initiatives
• Operational Excellence & Site Standards: conduct site walks, uphold facility standards, support safety programs, drive community initiatives
• Data-Driven Decision Making & Technology: leverage analytics, promote HR tech adoption, balance high-touch service with digital tools
• Strategic PXT Leadership: partner with site leadership, coach on people management, support change management, execute core PXT processes

Key requirements

• Knowledge of local labor law
• HR experience in international, fast-paced, customer-driven environments
• Experience as HR Generalist or Specialist in distribution/manufacturing with hourly client groups
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
