Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Sutton Coldfield.

This role is suited to a lawyer who is comfortable managing a varied caseload while working closely with partners and maintaining direct client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and variations
• Supporting business clients on the property aspects of wider transactions
• Providing clear, practical advice aligned with clients’ commercial objectives

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property work
• Ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Clear communication and a client-focused approach
• Commercial awareness and sound judgement
