HSE Officer — Drive Zero-Incident Safety & Compliance

Cabot Corporation is recruiting a SH&E Officer to drive a proactive safety culture at a Wales site. You will support the SH&E Manager, lead audits and behavioural safety activities, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001/14001 and UK regulations.

Strong field engagement is essential. The role involves incident investigations, risk assessments, contractor management, and maintenance of SH&E systems across Intelex, SharePoint and eLearning platforms.
