Entry-Level IT Helpdesk Technician – Training Provided

Back To Work in Doncaster is seeking a friendly First Line IT Support Technician to join our busy helpdesk. The role focuses on helping colleagues with IT issues, logging tickets and providing excellent customer service. Full training will be provided, so no extensive technical experience is required.

You’ll support Microsoft 365 apps, assist with password resets, and help users with device setup. A positive attitude and good organisational skills are key to success.
