People AI Portfolio & Product Delivery Lead

Sky is seeking a Manager, People AI Products & Portfolio to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the People AI portfolio and Enterprise Agent activities. You will drive discovery, manage backlogs and roadmaps, and ensure AI-enabled products deliver measurable business value across the Directorate.

You will work with Centres of Excellence, Lead teams, Employee Experience and Group AI to provide the operational structure for delivery, governance and adoption.
