International Employment Counsel Director — Hybrid London

Ōura is seeking a Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel for International Employment to hybrid-work from London. You will be the principal advisor on non-US employment matters, shaping policies, managing outside counsel, and guiding HR and Legal leadership across our global offices including the UK, Finland and Singapore.

You will lead on hiring structures, mobility, equity plans, and compliance with local laws while supporting international expansion and governance frameworks.
