Overnight Store Operations Manager – Replenishment Lead

Sainsbury’s Limited – Heyford Hill Store, Oxford – is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager on the night shift. You will lead an overnight team to deliver replenishment, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves, ensuring smooth operations.

You will manage performance and scheduling, uphold safety and wellbeing of colleagues, and strive to meet KPIs such as availability and customer service. The role offers full-time hours with a £4,500 night shift premium on top of base salary.
