AMS is recruiting a Talent Sourcer in Belfast, offering a permanent full-time position with a hybrid model (1 day per week in the office). You will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, developing bespoke sourcing strategies and engaging with candidates across multiple channels to build strong talent pools.
You’ll leverage data and market insights to influence conversations, present compelling adverts, and ensure high-quality candidate shortlists for client briefings.
