Job Description:
SEPHORA UK is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to shape and scale operations across a region of stores. You will partner with Store Managers to translate priorities into actions, ensure SOPs land effectively, and drive continuous improvement to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You’ll bridge field and head office, support openings, and help implement retail tools while maintaining strong relationships and a proactive mindset. Regular travel is required.
