A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its well-established employment team. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with strong progression prospects, hybrid working, and a competitive salary package.

The Rolen You will manage a varied caseload, advising employer and employee clients on:

- Unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims
- Redundancies, restructures, and settlement agreements
- TUPE, contract drafting, and policy advice
- Representation at Employment Tribunal hearingsn You will also support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
