An excellent opportunity for an NQ Solicitor who wants to build a long-term career in Employment Law.
The key point with this role is that you do not need to have trained exclusively in Employment. Candidates coming from almost any litigation background will be considered where there is a genuine interest in developing within Employment Law.
You will:
- Work across a broad mix of contentious and advisory Employment matters
- Gain exposure to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Assist with and manage Employment Tribunal proceedings
- Advise both employers and employees
- Develop settlement negotiation and advocacy experience
- Receive close supervision and structured development from experienced Employment lawyers
