Part-time Sales Support Coordinator – Asset Finance – Slough Area

Part-time, approx. 20 hours per week — flexible across the week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
• Preparing, processing, and maintaining customer documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Managing internal systems and ensuring all records are kept up to date
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and external partners to obtain information and progress applications
• Monitoring the progress of cases and following up on outstandingrequirements
• Supporting the wider team to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Managing correspondence, emails, and general office administration

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in an administration, sales support, or coordinator role, preferably from the asset finance industry
• Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
