Lead Maintenance Manager – 6-Site Student Housing

Pertemps Crawley Perms is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 8 technicians across 6 student accommodation sites in Portsmouth city centre. You will oversee student living areas, communal kitchens, laundries, and entertainment spaces.

The role includes managing PPM schedules, coordinating emergency call-outs, and overseeing electrical, mechanical, heating, plumbing, fire and security systems. DBS check required.
