iSmash is hiring a Mobile Phone Repair Technician in London to repair smartphones and tablets, including screen and battery replacements, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll diagnose issues, advise customers on repair options, upsell compatible accessories, and keep a clean, safe workspace following established repair standards.
Experience with Apple, Samsung, and Google devices is preferred.
