Hybrid Building Maintenance Surveyor – Public Assets

Hastings Borough Council is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Surveyor to join its Building Surveying Team on a permanent basis. This 37-hour per week role offers hybrid working from home and the Hastings Office.

You will assist the Principal Building Surveyor in delivering the council’s in-house surveying function, carry out inspections, surveys and manage repair projects with budget and timescales, ensuring health and safety compliance.
