HR Manager: Shape Culture & People Strategy (Hybrid)

Orian Solutions Ltd in Carlisle is seeking an experienced HR Manager to implement a people strategy, lead a dedicated HR team and guide all aspects of people management across multiple sites. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office and a permanent, either full-time or part-time contract.

The ideal candidate will drive culture, support wellbeing and engagement, and partner with managers on workforce planning, talent development and change initiatives.
