Relief Chef Manager – Creative Seasonal Menus & Regional Coverage

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our contract catering operations across the South M25 region and surrounding areas. The role covers holiday and sickness for Head Chef/Chef Manager, with a focus on fresh, seasonal menus and cost control.

You will lead kitchens, develop bespoke menus with local suppliers, and ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and company standards. Excellent English skills and relevant cooking qualifications are essential.
