Physis Group’s Physis Care is seeking a Bank Therapeutic Support Worker to join our dedicated team serving young people in Market Drayton, Newport and Whitchurch in Shropshire. You will deliver therapeutic and nurturing support to empower young people aged 11–18 to maximise their opportunities and aspirations.
You will work under the Registered Manager to uphold the Physis Model of Therapeutic Care, contribute to a safe, caring environment, and support with domestic tasks.
