Paralegal – Hybrid Role in IP, Disputes & Diligence

CMS UK seeks a diligent paralegal to support a wide range of client matters, including document reviews, due diligence, data subject access requests and contentious IP work. The role offers exposure to litigation tasks across Scottish and English jurisdictions and collaboration with a dynamic paralegal team.

You will assist with preparation of hearing bundles, manage documentation, and progress undefended matters under supervision.
