Odyssey is hiring a VP of Research to lead the Frontier Research group, shaping the world-model program and setting ambitious scientific goals. You’ll directly influence research directions while mentoring a growing team in a fast-paced lab in London.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines, publish in top venues, and communicate a compelling vision to recruit world-class talent. This role reports to the Co‑Founder and CTO and anchors Odyssey’s technical strategy.
