Therapeutic LSA for SEMH – Secondary School

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (SEMH) to join a dedicated secondary school in Southampton. You will support pupils with SEMH needs, mainly in 1:1 and small-group settings, and contribute to a therapeutic, nurturing classroom environment.

Hours are 8:15am–3:30pm, with a full-time or 4-days-per-week contract. The role offers ongoing training and potential progression to a permanent school contract after probation, with safeguarding commitments and DBS checks.
