McGinley Support Services are currently recruiting for experienced Loading Shovel Operators to join an ongoing project based in Liverpool.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating loading shovels within industrial, recycling, bulk handling, waste management, port, or construction environments
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy operational environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious approach to work

Duties

• Operating loading shovels/payloaders safely and efficiently
• Loading, moving and stockpiling materials
• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting defects
• Maintaining safe working practices at all times
• Supporting site operations as required
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe
