Court Witness Support Team Lead

Victim Support is seeking a committed Team Leader to coordinate the Witness Service across Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Courts and Skipton Magistrates Court. You will support volunteers, ensure timely, compassionate assistance, and uphold high standards of service in a demanding court environment.

You will line-manage Deputy Team Leaders and volunteers, allocate cases, monitor KPIs, maintain data quality, and promote inclusive, trauma-informed practice.
