eNL seeks a Criminal Solicitor (Proceeds of Crime) in Tyne and Wear with 4+ PQE to advise on asset restraint, confiscation and enforcement in serious crime cases. You will review evidence, guide charging decisions and shape case strategy while working alongside police and Criminal Justice Service partners.
