Executive Coordinator & Marketing Assistant, Rare Disease

Novo Nordisk UK Rare Disease unit seeks an Executive Coordinator and Marketing Assistant to keep the team organized, compliant and moving forward. The role splits 50/50 between executive coordination and marketing support, including planning, events and compliant materials delivery to the right audience.

You will support leadership planning, manage budget trackers, and coordinate meetings and congresses while ensuring internal SOPs and ISOtrain/audit readiness.
