Ilkley Grammar School is seeking an experienced Assistant Head of Year to join our outstanding pastoral team. The role focuses on student behaviour, welfare and attendance, and supporting Key Stage events and enrichment activities.

You will coach and motivate students to achieve more, while providing excellent administrative support to the school. The post is offered at Actual Annual Salary £25,524 – £28,072 per annum, term time plus 5 days, with pattern of hours 37 per week, Monday to Friday,
