Senior AI Engineer

Overview

In this Senior AI Engineer role, you will design, build, and deploy generative AI and agentic systems for major financial services clients. You’ll work hands-on across the full AI engineering lifecycle, from architecture to production deployment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and measurable business impact. You’ll shape AI strategy, accelerate GenAI adoption, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. This is a hands-on, impact-focused consulting role in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop autonomous AI systems using multi-modal LLMs across text, image, audio, and video
• Design agentic workflows with prompt engineering, RAG, APIs, and enterprise data integrations
• Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy LLMs and multi-modal models for scalability, reliability, and low latency
• Build scalable MLOps pipelines and cloud-native AI applications for production-grade deployments
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to shape AI strategy and accelerate GenAI adoption

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related STEM
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs and multi-modal AI models in enterprise/production
• Strong Python software engineering including backend development, API design, and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of scalable MLOps, observability, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment architectures
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving in agile environments
