Defence & Nuclear Engineering Manager

Amentum is seeking Engineering Managers to lead multi-discipline design teams across the full project lifecycle, from FEED to handover. The role requires collaboration with project managers and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Hybrid work is offered with some client site visits to Reading.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will drive technical decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage delivery within cost and schedule targets while developing your team’s capabilities.
