Our North West residential developer is seeking a Strategic Land & Planning Manager to identify, promote and deliver residential sites across the region.
You’ll be involved across the full strategic land and planning process, including site appraisals, supporting land acquisitions, promoting strategic sites, coordinating planning applications, and engaging with external consultants and local authorities to progress sites toward delivery, giving you substantial ownership and commercial exposure.
