Sales Advisor

Overview

In this Sales Advisor role, you join a lively Warrington contact centre to support existing EE customers with the best mobile and broadband deals. You will listen to customer needs, explain tech products, and match the right solution. Training is provided, and you’ll work in a supportive, target-driven team. The opportunity offers growth within EE and BT, with flexible hours and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and assist with deals on phones and broadband
• Explain and navigate EE tech products to customers
• Listen actively to identify customer needs and match them with suitable products
• Handle customer problems with resourceful, solution-focused thinking
• Work toward sales targets in a friendly, competitive environment
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent customer service
