Senior Consultant – Transformational Procurement

Overview

In this role you will lead client-facing transformational procurement programmes, shaping future operating models and sustainable strategies. You partner with cross-functional teams to redefine procurement operations in line with client strategy and digital ambitions. You will drive cost transformation and efficiency through innovative procurement approaches and market propositions. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate client-facing procurement transformation workstreams
• Design and implement procurement target operating models aligned with digital and commercial strategies
• Develop and execute sustainable procurement strategies and practices
• Drive cost savings and operational efficiencies within client organisations
• Support development of Transformational Procurement propositions and market eminence
• Support delivery of market propositions and client proposals aligned to team targets

Key requirements

• Strong procurement and supply chain knowledge
• Established workstream and project management skills
• People management and coaching abilities
• Solid research, evaluation and analysis skills
• Storyboarding and presentation capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong IT and digital skills with interest in tools, systems and data
• Experience in procurement transformation and/or sustainable procurement
• Degree related to procurement, supply chain, sustainability, business management or similar (preferred)
• Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply (or willingness to pursue)
• Security Clearance (SC) – currently valid or restorable (not essential)
• Experience in delivering transformational procurement projects and leveraging digital tools
