Compassionate Care Assistant – Flexible Shifts & Training

Leonard Cheshire’s St Bridget’s in Rustington is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to help residents live life on their own terms. This permanent, on-site role offers both full-time and part-time hours and involves personal care, daily living tasks, and fostering independence within a supportive team.

Applicants with or without prior care experience are welcome, as full induction and training are provided.
