Overview

In this role you join Medpace’s Clinical Trial Management team to support global studies. You apply analytical and academic training to clinical project administration and oversight, collaborating with project coordinators and clinical trial managers. The position offers a solid training path in an international setting and aims to fast-track your career in CTM. You will help deliver study tasks on time and ensure quality across regulatory and supply processes.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project coordinators and managers
  • Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy
  • Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the CTM system
  • Interact with internal project teams, Sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors
  • Perform quality control of the internal regulatory filing system
  • Oversee and manage study supplies
  • Create and maintain project timelines
  • Coordinate project meetings and produce quality meeting minutes

Key requirements

  • PhD in Life Sciences
  • Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team
  • Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous but not required
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • collaboration and teamwork in cross-functional settings

  • Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) usage
  • Regulatory filing system quality control
