Crystal Palace Football Club is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join the Supporter Services team at Selhurst Park. You will manage the Retail Shop email inbox, respond to queries, update records in the CRM, and provide day-to-day front-of-house support.
You will work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent fan experience on matchdays and beyond, handling administrative tasks, reporting insights, and ensuring accurate, timely communications with supporters.
