Territory BDM — High-Earning UK Field Sales (OTE 155K+)

The Portfolio Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for a multi-award-winning Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law consultancy. You will operate UK-wide, using a consultative, value-based sales approach to identify opportunities and close deals.

The role offers a base salary of 30K with a 30K top-up, realistic OTE of 155K+, uncapped commission, and a company car or 5K allowance, plus international incentives and a comprehensive tech package.
