Weighbridge Operative

We are currently looking for aWeighbridge Operativeto join client based in Stevenage. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, motivated and keen to learn, with full training available for the right candidate.

Hours

• 6:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Some Saturdays available asovertime paid at time and a half

Pay

• £13.70 per hour– no FL experience required
• £13.95 per hour– with FL experience
• Annual bonus
• Full training available, with the opportunity to work towards FL training in the future

Duties

• Operating the weighbridge and completing weighbridge tickets
• Material grading – experience is preferred butfull training can be provided
• Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and legibly
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site

The ideal candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-driven and motivated
• Reliable and punctual
• Keen and willing to learn
• Able to produce clear, legible handwriting for weighbridge tickets
• Experienced in material grading is advantageous, but not essential
• Responsible and able to work independently
