Trauma-Informed Mental Health Practitioner (Relational Care)

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting four full-time Band 6 Mental Health Practitioners to join the new Enhanced MHIST Function. The post involves supporting individuals who may be diagnosed with personality disorder, with a focus on formulation-led, trauma-informed care within a psychologically informed service.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team and may travel across the CWP patch to support the pathway.
