Andover , paying
up to £50,000
alongside some fantastic benefits, including 2 days per week working from home!Working closely with their Head of HR, you will manage the full employee lifecycle (excluding recruitment and workforce planning) and will provide in-depth support to managers on ER cases and HR queries.There will be a requirement to travel across sites on an ad hoc basis, including overnight stays, so this role will suit someone who is flexible and enjoys being visible to the workforce.As an HR Business Partner, you will:Provide hands-on Employee Relations (ER) support, including risk assessments, health referrals, and occupational health processesSupport managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries and processesUse the HRIS to improve reporting and performance management processesMonitor and analyse HR data to identify trends and support business decisionsWork collaboratively with L&D to deliver and organise training to upskill managersThe ideal candidate will be:CIPD Level 5 qualifiedExperienced in supporting managers and employees with HR queries and ER casesInquisitive and data-literate, with the ability to identify process improvements and spot trendsExperienced with HRIS systemsFlexible and willing to travelHighly organised with excellent attention to detailPersonable, adaptable and a strong communicatorWhats in it for you:Free onsite parking30 days holiday + BHHybrid workingPensionLife AssuranceBupa Cash PlanEAPFamily Friendly PoliciesPlus, more!!If you are an experienced HRBP looking to join a fast-paced and growing organisation, then please reach out to one of the team at Liberty Recruitment Group.
