Retail Customer Experience Lead

Paddy Power Plc is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for our retail shops in the United Kingdom. You will greet customers, deliver best-in-class service, and promote online and retail products in a welcoming, high-energy environment.

You will supervise daily shop operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead by example to achieve shop goals. Training will be provided to applicants from all backgrounds who show the right attitude.
